About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Pediatrician to join our dedicated medical team. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents—monitoring development, diagnosing and treating illness, and promoting lifelong health and wellness. This role is vital in delivering patient-centered, high-quality care in a family-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine wellness exams and preventive care for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Monitor patient growth and development milestones.
• Collaborate with families to create and implement effective care plans.
• Administer vaccinations and educate parents/guardians on immunization schedules.
• Refer patients to pediatric specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, safety, and emotional wellness.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pediatrics.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
